Great pictures of kids at play. Is there anything more precious? I looked at the pictures and thought "That looks like central Texas." scrolled down a little saw the water feature at the botanical gardens and knew I was right.

it's nice to be kids again --- carefree, no inhibitions, just enjoying life for what it is :)

Hi Shannon! I love seing my daughter, Abby, interacting with other kids. You're right, it's precious! These were taken at Brushy Creek Lake Park here in Austin. How'd you know?! :D

Hi Stolenshots! Thanks for the compliment! :D Hee hee!

Hi Lareine! I know exactly what you mean. I look at them and think they're so blessed that they don't have to worry about the world just yet. :)

Hi Shabem! I'm glad there are many parks and playgrounds here where Abby can play while we keep watch at a distance so we don't cramp her style. Hahaha! Thanks for the compliment! :D

Hi Meeya! Hindi na umabot sa isang dosena yung mga batang kalaro ni Abby. Apat lang sila. Hahaha! :) Natutuwa nga ako at hindi naging shy si Abby. :D

Hi Sandy! I was able to take these shots from a distance because it was actually my husband who was watching my daugther at a closer range. Hahaha! ;)

Hi Mama Bear! I only realized I captured the progression when I was downloading the pictures to my computer. And I have to tell you, I was very pleased with myself. Hahaha! ;)

Hi The Teach! I wouldn't have been able to do this at close range. :D The kids would have felt self conscious. Hee hee! I was just clicking away while I sat on my mat. :D

That's cute! I love how the girls all decided to play together. It's nice to see kids playing together rather than arguing about who gets to go next down the slide...

I lived near San Antonio for the first 37 years of my life then my husband took a job overseas and now I live in Jakarta. The trees and limestone in the bottom picture just scream central Texas.
